If you travel to the westernmost end of Kaua‘i, you’ll find Polihale Beach, which is adjacent to a forest reserve, a state park, and the incomparable Na Pali Coast. This is not a beach where you’ll find a lot of people. But, it is a place where the water is warm and the sand nice and soft. This photo was taken by my cousin Sharon on her trip to Kaua‘i, her first trip ever. Now the question is, will the Garden Isle exert its pull over her to bring her back?
