While we were on Kauai, we took a day trip to Hanalei. Along the way, we stopped and spent time at Anini Beach. But, before heading down to the beach, we walked Anini Beach Road. There's very little traffic on Anini Beach Road once you get past the county park. One of the last things we did on Kauai was visit Ahukini Landing. Typically, Ahukini Landing is glossed over in the guidebooks. And, even though it's only a couple of miles from our condo, an old fishing pier that had been removed never quite seemed interesting enough to warrant a visit.
