Honolulu Harbor is beautiful at any time of day
We were fortunate to have a stunning view of Honolulu Harbor during our 2017 stay. We were there for the 2017 Left Coast Crime Convention. Those days of conventions feel like they’re a lifetime ago. The harbor was remarkably quiet during the day. There were far fewer boats going in and out than I’d have expected. Of course, this is small boat harbor, so it’s mostly recreational boats (as you can probably tell from all those masts in the photo).
We had blue skies, fluffy clouds, and those trademark Hawaiian sunsets during the day. As nightfall approached, the scene changed. That photo was featured on a previous Friday. The landscape is the same, but the colors are so spectacular! What a difference some time makes! Enjoy the view!
