Dunedin Railway Station
All aboard! Completed in 1906, this classic example of Baroque Edwardian architecture is stunning. There’s no longer as much train usage as there was when this station was built, however it still holds an office for Dunedin Railways. Unfortunately, our own rail tour was canceled due to a hundred-year storm that washed out the road and tracks to our destination! The building’s use has been diversified, but it remains a high-demand stop for tourists.
