I was in awe wandering around the Byodo-In Temple lagoon. Hawai‘i is a special place to me, but the serenity filled the air in this beautiful place. Black swans and ducks float around the lagoons. Birds are everywhere. And there’s a sense of calm wherever you walk. This lovely lagoon, especially, was one where I simply wanted to spend as much time as possible.
