$6.9 million fraud perpetrator pleads guilty

On July 3, 2012, James W. Massaro of Boxford, MA, pled guilty in United States District Court to charges of engaging in a fraudulent foreign investment scheme. The scheme defrauded at least 20 investors of more than $6.9 million.
