Cabrillo National Park

Everything about Cabrillo National Monument lives up to the old business mantra of ‘dress to impress.’ This week, the show goes on with the amazing Cabrillo coastal views. Wherever you look at this park, there’s a view. Like ocean? Got it. Coastal city? Done. Ships and boats? No problem at all. 

The Cabrillo National Monument tide pools are one of those places that the crowds come and go with…well, the tide. We were fortunate to arrive 30 minutes into a .7 foot low tide, which was almost perfect timing. I say ‘almost perfect’ because we, literally, got the last parking space.
