This week, I’m taking a break from our road trip to dive into Halloween. I’m not a huge fan of the holiday—too many horror movies and too many too realistic zombies running around. (I know, that’s a lot of too’s!) In any case, while I don’t get excited about today’s Halloween, it’s got some fascinating roots. And this week, I’m (pardon the pun) digging those up. Join me as I unmask Halloween and how we got where we are today.
By the way, I’m so glad everyone enjoyed last week’s lighthouse puzzle. That was a hard puzzle for me, and based on the average time of 9 minutes 59 seconds, it appears to have been tough for almost everyone. But that’s the name of the game, right? Last week’s best time was 4 minutes 52 seconds (being able to solve a puzzle that fast is well, beyond my ken.)
