Hawaii State Capitol pools
After thirty days aboard the MS Noordam, we were ready for a little dry land exploring. And what better way to do that than a Hop On/Hop Off tour of Honolulu? I captured this photo of the Hawaii State Capitol pools on one of our first stops. We took our time exploring the serene grounds, enjoying the architecture, and relishing the feeling of a solid surface beneath our feet.
We’ve done Hop On/Hop Off tours in several cities now. They’ve always been enjoyable, informative, and affordable. The beauty of the tours is that you can take your time at each stop, so if you want to get off and spend some time exploring, it’s no problem.
As I write this, I’m working on the next McKenna Trouble in Paradise Mystery. Hawaii’s trip to statehood weaves in and out of the story, so stay tuned. When I came across this photo, I decided to take my time with the capitol and enjoy the memories of our 2019 trip to Hawaii.
