Auckland Sky Tower in black-and-white

The Auckland Sky Tower, shown in the black-and-white image, dominates the skyline in downtown Auckland. Our hotel was only two blocks from the tower. Sadly, the Christchurch shooting tragedy took place only days before our arrival and the tower was kept dark at night. We didn’t take the trip to the top, but did marvel repeatedly during our stay over this incredible structure.
