One of the things I love about Vista is how there are so many parks, and what the City has done with them. There is artwork scattered throughout the city. The theme of the artwork is called Kites Over Vista. My goal is to get to see all of it, but so far I’ve only captured a few of those pieces in photographs. This piece, which is located about a mile from us, is called Winds of Change. It’s a beautiful piece of workmanship because the blades all turn with the wind!
