Big Island coastline from the air
During our 2017 trip to the Big Island, we decided it was time we took a helicopter ride to see Kilauea. Along the way, we saw some spectacular sights. Right out of the gate, we saw this fabulous view of the Big Island coastline. As you can see, it was a cloudy day—we’d had a lot of rain for the previous couple of days. But despite the rain, we loved every minute of this ride. It was smooth as could be and we had a very informative guide.
