Mini-waterfall at Onomea Bay

Onomea Bay mini-waterfall

As far as waterfalls go, this mini-waterfall isn’t that impressive. However, after walking down the trail to get to this spot an Onomea Bay, the burbling from this little mini-waterfall is very refreshing. Plus, it attracts interest from the adventurous—translation, kids. We saw a few playing around this spot while we there, and they looked like they were enjoying themselves (a lot!).

The entire little bay had a very secluded feel to it. In fact, it felt like it hadn’t changed in hundreds of years. It wasn’t hard to imagine what it would have been like for people who visited this spot a hundred or more years ago.
