Big Island waterfall north of Hilo

During our drive up the coast of the Big Island, guess what we found? A waterfall! No big surprise on this side of the island.

Unfortunately, I don’t remember which waterfall this is. We found on our drive up the coast of the Big Island. There was so much to see on this relaxing, peaceful side of the island.

    Hi Terry. Great picture!
    Those are the Rainbow Falls. There is a legend about the cave, that a giant mo’o (dragon) lives in there. Now the only mo’o in Hawaii are the geckos.
