Nonverbal communications abound at annual charity event

On Saturday, March 22nd, the Kiwanis Club of Escondido held its 10th Annual Megabucks fundraiser at Orfila Winery in Escondido. About a hundred people attended the 50’s themed event, which raises money to help support the club’s community-service efforts. From the attendees’ dress to applause to hugs, nonverbal signs of appreciation and commaraderie were everywhere.
