Sunrise over the Shadowridge golf course
Sometimes, things just work out. The morning that I took this photo, the conditions were such that we had a light layer of mist close to the ground. Add to that the fact that the ice rink in Escondido was pumping out a steam cloud right in front of the sun. There was no way I could pass on the chance to get this sunrise over the golf course shot.
I’ve probably said it here before, but, what the heck? I love morning sunrise photos! The light is soft, and the long shadows create great shapes to complement the photo. This photo was taken about two weeks ago. Back then, we still had a few leaves on the trees. Now, the completely bare branches look like skeletons standing guard and waiting for the first wave of spring.
