A few days ago we had another of those rainy days we’ve been seeing lately. Since we live on a golf course, we’ll sometimes see ducks walking along the course after we’ve had enough rain to bring out the worms. The funny part was, we didn’t get ducks during this storm, we got a Snowy Egret. There he was, walking along the course, taking his time as though he were wading in water and looking for food. I don’t know if he found anything, but it was quite the sight.
Birds and flowers each made appearances in this week’s photos. My favorite shot was the one I captured at Bataquitos Lagoon. One of the local residents was sitting atop a “No Trespassing” sign, and I couldn’t resist the urge to get a shot. Then, he started to fly away and I tracked him until he landed on another sign.
