By now, the sale of our condo at Kauai Beach Villas is a done deal. It’s a sad time for us because we both loved the condo and our time there. However, for the time being, having a condo on Kauai is not in the cards, even if it was used as a vacation rental. We had a great lagoon view. We could also walk a couple of minutes and be right on Nukoli‘i Beach. Once on the beach, we could literally walk for miles. On more than one trip, we’d walk the two miles to Lydgate Beach Park. Once there, we ate an apple, watched the surf, then made the two-mile return trip.
