Perhaps you recognize this Lahaina sunset photo. It’s the one I use on my website, but without all the other stuff in the way. I took this photo after dinner at the Copy Cat Cafe on Front Street. On this particular night, the skies were perfect for photos. I used this setting in “Murder on Front Street,” which is a McKenna short story in the Summer 2016 Happy Homicides Anthology.
The park where this Lahaina sunset photo was taken is one of those places where you just want to hang out and watch the people, the waves, and the clouds go by. And, at this time of day, the colors are spectacular, too.
